ARTS opens location in Bremen

Dresden: On 8th September 2016 ARTS opened a new location in Bremen. The highly experienced aviation expert Heike Ostendörfer takes over the site management and supports aerospace companies such as OHB and Airbus Defence and Space among others, along with her colleagues locally.

The growth rate of ARTS is continuing. Besides Dresden, Hamburg, Munich, Sevilla and Toulouse, Bremen has now been added as the sixth European location. "Bremen is an important location for German aerospace and with the new headquarters in Bremen, we are pleased to intensively support our customers with their projects locally.", said Andrea Felber, General Manager of ARTS.

Heike Ostendörfer is working at ARTS for more than six years and is sales manager in Northern Germany for large enterprises in the aerospace sector. She specializes in the national and international support of key accounts. "Above all, I see the consulting and project support, offering tailor-made solutions and expanding cooperation at home and abroad as my central tasks," said Heike Ostendörfer.

With 140 companies and around 12,000 employees Bremen has an annual turnover of 4 billion euros in the field of aerospace. The Hanseatic city primarily stands for innovation in space travel: From Bremen originate small satellites, space technology walking robots and more. In the German civilian aircraft industry, Bremen stands right behind Hamburg and has specialized in the development of high-lift and cargo loading systems. ARTS has its Bremer headquarters in Flughafenallee 22, 28199 Bremen since 8 September 2016.
